Every piece we design is 100% unique and specific to you and your pet, and it’s for this reason that we’re unfortunately not able to offer refunds at this time.
An exception would apply when our estimated drawing dates is more than 5 business days, we will inform you no later than the 2nd day after you placed your order. If you cannot accept the additional waiting time, we offer FULL REFUND.
To ensure you’re always happy with the final piece, we’re able to offer an art preview and a one-time revision as standard. This allows you to make any small changes you need to fall in love with your new piece of art.
If in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged piece of our product, please let us know in 48 hours so we can put things right without delay. Your complete satisfaction is always our top priority.
