Shipping and delivery
Below is a step-by-step guide through our shipping and delivery process.
- You select your desired product and upload your pet's (pets') photo(s), leave a message if you have any.
- Place your order.
- We review the photo(s) and estimate the delivery time for your order.
- Make drawings and send you samples to review.This would take 3-5 working days but may extend if there are many orders to work on at the same time.
(Our team will get in touch within the first two days if your order takes more than five business days and refund all the money if you are uncomfortable with the deadline.)
- Review the initial drawings sent to you and approve or request a revision. (We offer only one revision)
- Send your final digital file and print it if you ordered a physical product.
- Ship the final product(s) to your preferred location, it will take about 5-10 business days after you approved our artwork.
At the moment we are shipping to the USA, Canada and most European countries.
Shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA / UK / Germany: free of charge
Canada: 9.95 USD
Europe Group A: 9.95 USD (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain)
Europe Group B: 19.95 USD (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland)
